Job vacancy – Casual Sheltered Housing Co-ordinator / Warden

MARASHEN CRESCENT HOUSING COMMITTEE  and CASTLETOWN & MALEW ELDERLY PERSONS HOUSING BOARD are advertising  for a

CASUAL SHELTERED HOUSING CO-ORDINATOR / WARDEN

to cover staff absences and holidays as and when required.

This key role involves supporting tenants to live independently, making contact with tenants daily, monitoring their well-being, being available during ‘core’ hours, responding to emergency calls and summoning appropriate assistance, managing and reporting day to day maintenance matters, being a liaison between tenant and management and assuming responsibility for the security of the building.

The post holder will be expected to have recent relevant experience, basic emailing skills, a clean driving licence and their own car.

A DBS check will be required.
