Expressions of Interest Golf Course with or without premises

Port St Mary Commissioners invite Expressions of Interest from parties who are interested in tendering for the running of the Golf Course with the option to include part or all of the Pavilion Restaurant, Kallow Point Road, Port St Mary, Isle of Man, IM9 5EJ.

Expressions of Interest in relation to either of the below are invited;

Management of 9 hole Golf Course

Management of 9 hole Golf Course with club room & facilities (capacity 50 people)

Management of 9 hole Golf Course with full Pavilion Restaurant premises (capacity 120 people)

The lease for the Pavilion Restaurant is available from the 1^st April 2023, the lease for the Golf Course is available from the 1^st April 2024.

Please ensure your Expression of Interest includes which options you are expressing an interest in.
