What is going to be done with the time saved from cutting the areas?

As this will be the first year for the project the areas will still require some management. Time will be monitored, and staff will also undertake other tasks to enhance the village.

Are the weeds now going to left to spread I’m the same way as the thistles have spread by the pump station at mallow point. Is the soiling going to be tested to make sure the wild flowers will grow in the areas that are being proposed. If the wild flowers don’t take are the areas going to be looked after and weeded grass cut next year. Are we now going to be entering the worst kept village

We have been working with professionals to ensure the suitability of the wild flowers at each location. The program is aimed to attract wildlife and enhance Port St Mary’s Biodiversity status.
