The Mona’s Queen III Anchor Memorial service on the 29^th May is a short but atmospheric outdoor service,  this year attended by the Lt Governor and backed by Rushen Silver Band, Paul Costain and the Ellan Vannin Pipes and Drums. The date never changes, but the start time varies year to year to fit in with the voyage of a Steam Packet vessel passing Kallow Point- this year the service commences at 1.30
