Planning application 21/00777/B is available on gov.im

Port St Mary Commissioners feel that this sale is in the best interest of the ratepayers as the character of the building is being retained. The high costs of the renovation required would have likely resulted in rate borne borrowing.

There are public toilets available at the West side of the Town Hall which are open from 6 am to 10 pm. These have disabled access and baby changing facilities. There is CCTV on the entrance.
